Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy covers the internal business system ("the System") operated by Fifth Flavor OPC at fifthflavoropc.com and its subdomains. The System is used only by Fifth Flavor OPC's owners and authorized staff to run restaurant back-office operations. It is not offered to the public.

Information the System handles

Business records entered by authorized users, such as purchases, expenses, sales summaries, inventory and photos of receipts or products. Login sessions are kept only to keep authorized users signed in.

Google user data

The System can connect to the Google Drive account of the business owner, only after the owner signs in with Google and approves access. It requests the drive.file permission, which only allows access to files and folders the System itself creates. It cannot see, read or change any other files in that Google Drive. It also reads the connected account's email address to show which account is connected.

The System uses this access only to save photos uploaded by authorized users into a "Fifth Flavor" folder it creates in that Drive, and to show those photos back to authorized users. Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI or machine-learning models.

The System's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Records are stored in a private database hosted by Render. Photos are stored in the owner's Google Drive, with small preview images kept in the database. Access requires a PIN that is checked on the server.

Removing access

The owner can disconnect Google Drive at any time from the System's settings, or remove access from their Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files already saved in Drive stay in the owner's Drive.
